Terms & conditions for R|Elan™ EarthTee purchase and tree planting program:

These terms & conditions govern the EarthTee initiative (“Campaign”) of Reliance Industries Limited (“Reliance”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in collaboration with SankalpTaru Foundation (“SankalpTaru”). By accessing our website and participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Overview

  • By contributing ₹1499, you support the plantation of 3 trees through our partnership with SankalpTaru. As a token of appreciation, you will receive one limited-edition T-shirt (“EarthTee”) against such contribution.

2. Contribution and reward

  • Each contribution towards EarthTee shall be made using the payment link on our website which will redirect you to the SankalpTaru’s official payment page.
  • Payment receipt for each spend shall be issued to you by SankalpTaru.
  • For every ₹1499 contributed, 3 trees will be planted by SankalpTaru and one EarthTee will be awarded by us.
  • The number of EarthTees received shall be proportional to the total contribution in multiples of ₹1499.

3. Product description

  • The EarthTee is a limited-edition item, available only while stocks last.
  • We do not guarantee all the sizes, style, and availability of EarthTee. The same may vary or be discontinued without notice.
  • Actual colors/ details of the EarthTee may vary from the product images shown on the website, due to photography and lighting.

4. No exchange or refunds

  • All contributions shall be final.
  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Cancellations or modifications to orders will not be accepted once confirmed by SankalpTaru and/ or us.

5. Delivery timelines

  • The deliveries shall take up to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  • While we endeavor for timely dispatch, delivery delays may occur due to external or logistical factors.

6. Shipping & address responsibility

  • EarthTee shall be shipped only to valid postal addresses located within India and orders received for address outside India will not be processed or shall be ineligible for EarthTee dispatch.
  • You must ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Tree plantation confirmation

  • Tree plantation shall be carried out by SankalpTaru as per their timelines and processes.
  • An E-certificate or confirmation in relation to tree plantation may be issued to you, subject to SankalpTaru’s policies.

8. Intellectual property

  • All content, designs, logos, and materials used in the Campaign are the intellectual property of Reliance Industries Ltd.
  • Reproduction, unauthorized use or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Reliance and SankalpTaru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Campaign or your participation or purchase of EarthTee.

10. Privacy & data use

  • SankalpTaru shall share your data including your name, contact number, address, email and size preference with us for order fulfillment, delivery and coordination.
  • We do not share personal information with unrelated third parties except in case of order fulfillment or under applicable law.

11. Force majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or supply-chain disruptions.
